SHIPPING
How soon will I get my order?
All of our orders are printed on-demand just for you, and this process typically takes 2–4 business days. Once your items have been printed, shipping usually takes 2–4 business days (domestic), depending on location.

Expedited shipping is often available if you would like your order to be shipped in less than 2–4 business days (please see shipping options at checkout for availability at the time of order). There is an extra cost for expedited shipping.

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number with each order (once it has been shipped).

NOTE: Since all of our orders are printed on-demand, there can be delays during peak or holiday seasons. Our goal is to ship orders within 14 business days during peak seasons.  

What does it cost to ship my order?
We currently offer flat rate shipping at the following rates:

From time to time, we will have special domestic shipping offers. Those offers will be advertised on our social media channels, and in our emails.

International Shipping
To learn about international shipping rates, please send your questions via the contact form. International shipping will likely take longer due to customs requirements, and may require extra postage or customs fees, depending on location.


What if my order hasn't arrived? 
We would be happy to help track down your order if it hasn't arrived within 14 business days. Please send your name, order number, and order details using our contact form. We will look into the issue and update you on the status within 48 hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
Can I get a refund for my order? 
Love Tee accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new, unused condition for a full refund. 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. No C.O.D deliveries will be accepted. It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or USPS Priority Mail so you can retain the tracking number for your records.

Before returning your item, please contact us for return shipping address and provide the following: name, order number, and replacement size (or request for refund). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will ship the replacement size, or refund your card promptly.

What if my order is defective? 
Because we want you to be happy with every Love Tee product you purchase, we will happily exchange a defective or damaged product for you. If you need to exchange an item, send us a message here with your name, order number, details of the defective garment (if applicable), and what size you need instead. We will send you next steps and return address within 48 hours.

Please return your defective or incorrect size garment within 14 days. Once we receive your return, we will send your replacement item(s).

All apparel must be returned in new, unused condition.
